SURVEY CLOSING SOON! The Future of Change and Configuration Management

Your Input to Med-Tech Survey Donates to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals®

Axendia is conducting a research study to identify change and configuration management trends in the Medical Device Industry.  The survey will close on December 13, 2015.

Medical devices are in a constant state of evolution: providing new capabilities, addressing defects, adapting to changing markets or regulatory demands and reacting to competitive threats.

The use of sophisticated and integrated solutions to manage product configurations, changes and business process across the product lifecycle will play a key role in improving product quality and preventing defective products from reaching patients. Companies that are most responsive to this changing environment, tend to be the most successful.

Additionally, as Medical Technology (Med-Tech) organizations increasingly operate in global markets, most are embracing a “platform approach.”  We are seeking to evaluate correlations between medical device manufacturers, markets where they sell and market products and the effectiveness of their current change and configuration management strategies, technologies and processes.

Our primary research study will identify:

  • Major challenges Med-Tech organizations face managing change in an increasingly global and outsourced ecosystem
  • Opportunities to improve the change and configuration management process in R&D, manufacturing and distribution
  • How industry leaders are actively managing product variations from concept to global markets
  • Best practices for driving improvements in product quality while supporting the acceleration of new product introductions in a timely, cost-effective and regulatory compliant manner

The research team is seeking input from individuals representing a broad spectrum of companies in the Medical Device sector.   We would like to ask that you provide your input on this topic by completing a short survey that will take approximately 10 minutes.  Individual responses will be kept strictly confidential, and only aggregated data will be used.

We will make a donation on behalf of all respondents to the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals®.  Additionally, you will receive a complimentary copy of the research report once it is completed.
